Suite 900 "Ambient Noise"
When maintenance or construction is planned by the building owners, the building owners notify the tenants ahead of time as a courtesy, even if such work will be performed during non-business hours. For example, if the underground parking garage will be cleaned and repainted, we are notified in advance.
Thus, it would have(emphasis on WOULD HAVE) been nice to have been forewarned of the speech- and thought-deafening demolition of the 9th-floor lobby flooring by dueling jackhammers (yes, there were more than one!) that occurred one Friday evening when a client’s reply brief happened to be due.
